Évaluer la maturité documentaire des projets
Définir la stratégie de maintenance et le modèle de support (N1 à N3)
Formaliser les processus et mettre en place les KPI
Identifier les risques de maintenabilité et proposer des plans d’actions

Assurer le reporting auprès de la direction

Bonne connaissance des environnements SI (applicatif, infrastructure, …)
Maîtrise de la gestion du RUN (maintien en conditions opérationnelles) et du pilotage des activités quotidiennes d’exploitation et de support.
Connaissance des outils ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira, EasyVista, etc.)
Compréhension des architectures techniques
